FAQ About Physiotherapy
A physiotherapy session will take around 45 minutes to one hour.
Our first session is RM265. As promised, you will enjoy a 30% discount on your first visit, bringing the fee to RM185.50 only (subject to 6% SST for non-Malaysians).
The first session includes:
- assessment
- treatment
- exercise therapy
- consultation
Depending on your condition, you may need follow-up sessions to ensure your recovery stays on track.
Subsequent sessions are RM165–RM220 per session. Based on the severity of your condition, your schedule, and your goals, the physiotherapist will suggest a personalized treatment plan with an estimated timeframe.
*All prices are subject to 6% SST for non-Malaysians.
We are not affiliated with any insurance panels. However, we can issue a receipt and provide a report/letter (if necessary) for insurance claims.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, lifestyle, and commitment to the treatment plan. As a general guide, here’s how long different tissues in the body typically take to heal:
Muscles: 3–8 weeks for mild strains, longer if severe.
Bones: 12–24 weeks depending on the fracture and stability.
Tendons: 8–14 weeks, sometimes longer if the injury is chronic.
Ligaments: 12–18 weeks for mild to moderate sprains; more severe injuries can take several months.
Physiotherapy helps guide this healing process, reduce pain, and restore strength and mobility. The exact number of sessions you’ll need depends on the severity of your condition and how consistently you follow your prescribed exercises.

Not at all. Many people think we are just a fitness center, but physiotherapy with us is different.
We guide you through exercises that are safe and suitable for your condition. We always start with light intensity that matches your current ability, and only increase the load gradually as your body gets stronger.
You won’t be asked to lift heavy weights without considering your pain or injury.
Our focus is on building strength step by step and improving your movement safely.
You don’t need a doctor’s referral.
Our physiotherapists will assess your condition and recommend the most suitable treatment and rehabilitation plan for you.
In the first session, our physiotherapists will assess your condition to identify the root cause of your problem.
They will then apply manual treatments for pain management.
Depending on your condition, we may also include rehab exercises to strengthen and/or stretch the affected areas.
Consultation is also part of the first session.

Without appropriate physiotherapy and strengthening, the injured area may not fully recover, which can lead to compensation by other body parts.

No, physiotherapy and massage are not the same. While massage may be part of physiotherapy, they serve different purposes.
Physiotherapy involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating various conditions and injuries using a range of methods, such as manual release, exercise therapy, and other modalities.
In contrast, massage primarily promotes relaxation and relieves muscle tension but does not address medical conditions or injuries.
